Bread crumb cake ingredients

  • 3 ea EGGS
  • 1 c Bread Crumbs, fine
  • 1 c Nut meats
  • 1 c Sugar

Cooking Bread crumb cake

1. Creami yolks of eggs and sugar.
2. Add crumbs and nuts.
3. Foldi in whites of eggs beaten stiff.
4. Top with tart jelly and serve with whipped cream.
5. Note: bake in moderate 350
