Brazilian Beef Strips

Brazilian Beef Strips ingredients
- 2 lb Top round
- 1⁄4 c Corn oil
- 3 T Tequilla
- 1 t Red chili peppers
- 1 T Chili powder
- 1⁄4 t Ground cumin
- 1 t Kosher salt
- 1⁄4 t Oregano
- 2 T garlic
Cooking Brazilian Beef Strips
1. Trim all fat from beef, place into a hotel pan. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
2. Pour over beef.
3. Cover and chill 4-24 hours, turning occaisionally.
4. Remove from marinade, drain well.
5. Broili or grill to desired doneness.
6. Remove to rest for 15 minutes, before carving.
7. Bias-sliced across the grain into paper-thin strips.
8. Arrange onto a serving platter.
9. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
