- 200 g Onions
- 2 dl Wine, red
- 1 Seasoning II (bay leaf/cloves/pepper)
- 50 g Margarine, Planta (plain)
- 100 g Smoked Bacon
- 1⁄5 white stock
- 30 g Red Currant Jelly
- 1 seasoning (salt+pepper)

1. SHRED CABBAGE AND APPLES PLACE IN STAINLESS STEEL CONTAINER ADD WINE AND SPICE BAG COVER AND PUT WEIGHT ON TOP MARINATE OVER NIGHT SAUTE CHOPPED ONIONS AND BACON IN MARGARINE ADD CABBAGE AND SAUTE ADD STOCK SPICE BAG AND SALT BRING TO BOIL COVER AND BRAISE IN OVEN UNTIL TENDER REMOVE SPICE BAG, ADD RED CURRANT JELLY ADJUST SEASONING SERVE IN A VEGETABLE DISH.
