Braised kikko-chicken

Braised kikko-chicken ingredients
- 3 lb Frying chicken pieces
- 1⁄4 c flour
- 2 T Vegetable oil
- 2 Celery stalks, chunked
- 2 carrots, chunked
- 1 med Onion, chunked
- 1⁄3 c Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1⁄4 t Oregano, crumbled
Cooking Braised kikko-chicken
1. Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil; remove.
2. Sautei celery, carrots and onion in same pan 2 minutes.
3. Combine soy sauce and oregano with 1 cup water; add to pan with chicken.
4. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
5. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
