Braised fennel

- Yield:
Braised fennel ingredients
- Fennel, quartered and sliced /" thick
- butter
- 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- Parmesam Cheese (opt)
Cooking Braised fennel
1. Sautei fennel in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add broth, cover and cook over low heat until tender about 15-20 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with cheese and toss before serving.
4. Great with pork.



In the facility where I
In the facility where I live there are loads of veggies donated to us. I am in cooking school and I saw the fennel when I arrived home. I used fennel the other day in class and I remembered that I could saute it. Thanks for you help with the recipes.
