Brach's chocolate rum raisin ice cream ingredients

  • 1 c Whipping cream
  • 1⁄2 c Brach's chocolate covered
  • - raisins
  • 3⁄4 c Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 t Rum flavoring

Cooking Brach's chocolate rum raisin ice cream

1. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and chocolate covered raisins.
2. Stiri until chocolate has melted.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Whiski in milk, egg and flavoring.
5. Chill.
6. Freeze according to manufacturer"s directions.
7. Makes 1 pint.
