Bombay Chicken Pate ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 c Sour cream
- 1 T Candied ginger
- 1 T soy sauce
- -minced
- 1 c Water Chestnuts
- 1⁄8 t curry powder
- 1 c Cooked chicken
- 1 lb assorted savory crackers
Cooking Bombay Chicken Pate
1. Combine ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pulse just to blend well.
3. Spoon into a plastic-lined mold.
4. Cover and chill for 4-48 hours.
5. Unmold onto a serving platter.
6. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with savory crackers to the side.
