Bombay Chicken Pate ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 c Sour cream
  • 1 T Candied ginger
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • -minced
  • 1 c Water Chestnuts
  • 1⁄8 t curry powder
  • 1 c Cooked chicken
  • 1 lb assorted savory crackers

Cooking Bombay Chicken Pate

1. Combine ingredients in a food processor.
2. Pulse just to blend well.
3. Spoon into a plastic-lined mold.
4. Cover and chill for 4-48 hours.
5. Unmold onto a serving platter.
6. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature, with savory crackers to the side.
