- 2 T Sugar
- 2 T Vinegar
- 2 T worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chili sauce
- 6 sli bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 T Cooking oil
- 3 c Chopped bok choy
Cooking Bok choy with hot bacon sauce
1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet.
3. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender.
4. Place on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over.
5. Serves 6.
