Bok choy stir fry

Bok choy stir fry ingredients
- 2 T Oil
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 c bok choy
- 1 c Bean sprouts
- 1 c Snow Peas
- 1 t Cornstarch
- 2 t chicken bouillon powder
- 1⁄2 t Sugar
- 1⁄2 c water
Cooking Bok choy stir fry
1. Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas stir fry 5-7 min. mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables.
2. Stiri fry until glazed and thickened.
