Bohemian stew ingredients

  • 2 1⁄2 lb Beef stew meat
  • 2 c Chopped Carrots
  • 2 c Chopped celery
  • 3 Onions, cut up
  • 3 T Tapioca
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 cn Tomatoes (28 oz size)
  • 1 c Diced potatoes
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1⁄2 c Frozen peas
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1⁄2 t Pepper
  • 3⁄4 c Hot water

Cooking Bohemian stew

1. Combine all ingredients into heavy cookware.
2. Bakei covered at 250 °F for five hours, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve with dumplings or boiled potatoes or buttered noodles.
