Bob's Bourbon Chicken ingredients

  • 1 chicken -- cut up -- or
  • 1 1⁄2 lb Boneless chicken breast
  • GLAZE:
  • 1 c Bourbon whiskey
  • 1⁄2 c Dark brown sugar
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 2 t worchestershire sause
  • 1⁄4 c White vinegar
  • 1 T Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 clv garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 t Dry mustard -- to taste
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Bob's Bourbon Chicken

1. Combine whiskey , sugar, ketchup, sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper and brush chicken with thin coating of glaze and place on grill.
2. Continue to baste while turning chicken.
