Blueberry yogurt shake ingredients

  • 2 c Yogurt, plain
  • 1⁄2 c Orange juice
  • -freshly squeezed
  • 1 c Blueberries, fresh, rinsed
  • 1 banana, very ripe

Cooking Blueberry yogurt shake

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
4. Serves:4 preparation time: 3 minutes.
