Blueberry streusel coffee cake ingredients
- 2 c All-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 c Sugar
- 2 t baking powder
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 Egg -- beaten
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1⁄2 c Butter or margarine --
- Softened
- 1 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 c Pecans -- chopped
- STREUSEL:
- 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1⁄3 c All-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 c Cold butter Or margarine
Cooking Blueberry streusel coffee cake
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Add egg, milk and butter; beat well.
3. Foldi in blueberries and pecans.
4. Spread into a greased 9-in.
5. Square baking pan. In another bowl, combine sugar and flour; cut in the butter until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle over the batter.
7. Bakei at 375
