Blueberry pound cake ingredients
- 1 c butter, softened
- 2 c Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 t baking powder
- 2 c Blueberries
Cooking Blueberry pound cake
1. Creami butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well until light and fluffy.
3. Add vanilla.
4. Sifti 2 cups of flour, salt and baking powder together.
5. Add sifted ingredients to creamed mixture and beat.
6. Dredgei berries in remaining flour.
7. Foldi berry mixture gently into creamed mixture.
8. Pour into a 10 inch tube pan which has been buttered and coated with sugar.
9. Bakei at 325
