Blueberry or huckleberry jam ingredients
- 4 1⁄2 c Berries
- 1 Bottle fruit pectin
- 7 c Sugar
- 1 Lemon
Cooking Blueberry or huckleberry jam
1. Wash fruit thoroughly.
2. Crush.
3. Add lemon juice.
4. Add grated rind of ½ lemon.
5. Add sugar.
6. Mixi thoroughly.
7. Heat rapidly to full rolling boil.
8. Stiri constantly before and while boiling.
9. Boil hard 2 minutes.
10. Remove from fire and stir in fruit pectin.
11. Skimi.
