Blueberry molasses cake

Blueberry molasses cake ingredients
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 c molasses
- 4 c All-purpose flour
- 2 t Salt
- 2 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Ginger
- 1 t Allspice
- 1⁄2 t cloves
- 2 t Baking soda
- 1 c Hot water
- 3 c Frozen or fresh blueberries
Cooking Blueberry molasses cake
1. In a large bowl whip together the sugar, oil, eggs, and molasses.
2. In a seperate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
3. Add to the molasses mixture alternately with baking soda dissolved in hot water.
4. Add the blueberries and pour into a greased 12x16-inch sheet pan. Bakei in a 325 oven for 1 hour or until the cake tests done.
