Blue Cornmeal Crepes ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c All-purpose flour
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Blue corn meal
- 4 Eggs
- 1 c Milk
- 2 oz Clarified butter
Cooking Blue Cornmeal Crepes
1. Mixi dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients.
2. Let stand 1/2 hour.
3. Using non-stick pan with 1 ounce of liquid, roll around the pan until the edges turn brown.
4. Flip over and cook for 5 seconds.
5. Remove from the pan and fill with favorite stuffing--salsa, crabmeat, etc.
