Cooking Blinis
1. PREPARE A BATTER WITH FLOUR, MILK, YEAST, EGG YOLK AND MELTED BUTTER ADD CREAM, SEASONING AND STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITE HEAT PANCAKE PAN, ADD CLARIFIED BUTTER PUT JUST ENOUGH MIXTURE IN TO COVER BOTTOM OF PAN COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN TURN AND FRY ON OTHER SIDE SERVE ON A SERVIETTE LINED SILVER PLATTER.
