Blackberry wine 2 ingredients
- 2 qt Berry juice
- 1 1⁄3 pt water
- 3 c Sugar
- 1⁄4 c French brandy
Cooking Blackberry wine 2
1. Combine juice, water, and sugar, let stand 3 days in a cool place skim well.
2. Let stand to ferment 6 days longer.
3. Remove froth and add brandy.
4. Close tightly.
5. In 2 days, draw off sediments.
6. Bottle tightly and seal.
