Blackberry lemon ice cream

Blackberry lemon ice cream ingredients
- 2 c Unsweetened blackberries
- - Fresh or frozen, mashed
- 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄4 c Lemon juice
- 1 t Grated lemon peel (opt)
- 3 c Half & half
Cooking Blackberry lemon ice cream
1. In large bowl, combine blackberries, milk, lemon juice and elmon peel.
2. Stiri in half & half.
3. Pour into ice cream freezer container.
4. Freeze according to manufacturer"s directions.
5. Makes about 2 quarts.
6. Note: 2 cups fresh or thawed frozen blueberries or raspberries, mashed, can be substituted for blackberries.
