Black bean and salsa salad

Black bean and salsa salad ingredients
- 1⁄2 cn (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1⁄2 cn (15 oz) Black beans, drained
- 3⁄4 c Celery, chopped
- 1⁄4 c Green onions; chopped
- 1⁄8 c Cilantro, chopped
- 6 oz Salsa
- 1⁄8 c Red Wine Vinegar
Cooking Black bean and salsa salad
1. In a large bowl, comine first five ingredients; mix well.
2. Blend salsa and vinegar.
3. Pour over salad and toss well.
4. Cover and chill.
5. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
