- 6 oz Salsa

Cooking Black bean and salsa salad
1. In a large bowl, comine first five ingredients; mix well.
2. Blend salsa and vinegar.
3. Pour over salad and toss well.
4. Cover and chill.
5. Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
