Biscotti pudding

Biscotti pudding ingredients
- Pk Almond Toast cookies
- /4 C. white Port wine
- Lg Pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- C Milk
- C Whipping cream (whipped) or
- Cool whip
- Arnish: Toasted almonds &
- -Raspberries
Cooking Biscotti pudding
1. Lay cookies in an 8x10" dish.
2. Sprinkle with the port wine.
3. Slowly beat milk and pudding mix for 2 min. spread over cookies.
4. Chill.
5. Cover with whipped cream.
6. Garnishi with raspberries and almonds.
