Biscotti pudding ingredients

  • Pk Almond Toast cookies
  • /4 C. white Port wine
  • Lg Pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • C Milk
  • C Whipping cream (whipped) or
  • Cool whip
  • Arnish: Toasted almonds &
  • -Raspberries

Cooking Biscotti pudding

1. Lay cookies in an 8x10" dish.
2. Sprinkle with the port wine.
3. Slowly beat milk and pudding mix for 2 min. spread over cookies.
4. Chill.
5. Cover with whipped cream.
6. Garnishi with raspberries and almonds.
