Bibingka 2 ingredients
- 250 g Glutinous rice
- 1 Eggs
- 25 g goat's milk cheese
- 1⁄2 l Thin coconut milk
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml Thick coconut milk
- 1⁄4 t anise seed powder
Cooking Bibingka 2
1. Soak rice in cold water for 6 hours.
2. Grindi rice into a fine powder.
3. Beat egg. Cut cheese into thin slices.
4. Pour thin coconut milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
5. Then add rice, egg, salt, and continue to boil.
6. Lower the heat, add sugar and stir to blend thoroughly.
7. Line a cake tin with banana leaves and place the rice mixture on top. Add sliced cheese and thick coconut milk; sprinkle anise seed powder on top. Cover.
8. On the lid, spread live charcoal and cook bibingka for 15-20 minutes.
