Berry-glazed lamb chops ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Berry jam or jelly 8 Lamb rib chops
  • 2 1⁄2 T Mustard, prepared, coarse

Cooking Berry-glazed lamb chops

1. Combine jam and 2 ½ tablespoons mustard in small bowl.
2. Taste and add more mustard if desired.
3. Place lamb chops on broiler rack.
4. Brush lightly with glaze.
5. Broili until browned, about 5 minutes.
6. Turn and brush other side with glaze.
7. Broil to desired degree of doneness.
8. Serve immediately, passing remaining glaze separately.
9. Serves Originally.
