Bernstein's Dijon Rack of Lamb

Bernstein's Dijon Rack of Lamb ingredients
- Marinade
- 1 c Bernstein's italian dressing
- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T Crushed garlic
- To barbeque:
- Rack of Lamb
- Garnish:
- parsley
Cooking Bernstein's Dijon Rack of Lamb
1. Marinatei rack of lamb for no less than one hour (can be marinated overnight).
2. Barbeque on low heat, five minutes per side.
3. Continue to turn meat over every five minutes until middle portion of rack is no longer springy to touch.
4. Slice rack into invidiual portions.
5. Pour small amount of marinade over meat.
6. Garnishi with fresh parsley.
