Benihana special salad dressing ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Soybean oil
- 1⁄4 c White vinegar
- 3 T Tomato paste
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1⁄2 T Salt
- 1⁄2 T Ground ginger
- 1⁄2 c Celery, sliced thin
- 1⁄4 c Onions, finely chopped
Cooking Benihana special salad dressing
1. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender.
2. Mixi at medium speed for 3 to 5 seconds, until celery is finely grated.
3. Add desired amount to salad and toss.
