Belgian waffle

Belgian waffle ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 c flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 2 c Milk
- 1⁄2 c Egg subsitute
- 2 t vanilla
- 1⁄2 c Whipped topping
- 6 c Chocolate fat-free frozen -
- -dessert
- Sliced strawberries
- (optional)
Cooking Belgian waffle
1. Preheat waffle iron.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Stiri in milk, egg and vanilla just until blended.
4. Pour ¾ cup batter into waffle iron and bake according to manufacturers directions.
5. Remove waffle from waffle iron.
6. Scoop ½ cup frozen dessert onto waffle and top with 2 teaspoons whipped topping.
7. Add strawberries if desired.
8. Repeat with remaining batter.
9. Makes 12 servings.
10. Each serving (with strawberries)= 218 calories, 8 g, pro, 1 g fat, 45 g carbs, 240 mg sodium, 1 mg chol.
