Beer-Battered Zucchini Fritters ingredients

  • 4 large Zucchini
  • 1 Egg yolks
  • 1 T Oil
  • 1⁄2 c Beer
  • 4 T flour
  • salt, tabasco
  • flour, cooking oil

Cooking Beer-Battered Zucchini Fritters

1. Mixi egg yolk with flour, oil, beer, a few drops of tabasco and a dash of salt.
2. Set aside.
3. Wash zucchinis and cut lengthwise into quarters.
4. Cut into 4 cm long sticks or batonnets.
5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
6. Coat zucchinis in a little flour, then dip in the beer batter.
7. Deep-fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
