Beer sausages in beer sauce

Beer sausages in beer sauce ingredients
- 2 lb Cooked Polish Sausages
- 1 c Beer
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄4 c Vinegar
- 1⁄4 c Brown sugar
- 1⁄4 c mustard
- 1 T Horseradish
Cooking Beer sausages in beer sauce
1. Cut cooked sausages into ½ inch slices.
2. In skillet combine sausage and beer.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
5. Stiri in vinegar, horseradish and mustard.
6. Add to sausages.
7. Cook and stir until bubbly.
8. Keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
