Beer In The Butt Chicken ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 cn Beer
- 2 T Chopped onion
- 2 T Apple cider vinegar
- 3 clv Minced garlic
Cooking Beer In The Butt Chicken
1. preheat smoker.
2. wash and trim chicken.
3. while the smoker heats up,open the beer drink half with can opener cut the top off. the can add the onion vinegar and garlic to the beer.
4. when the smoker is ready place the beer in the middle of the rack.
5. carefuly place the chicken over the beer standing up. you might need to be a little creative to make it stand up properly.
6. make sure the beer can is completly covered by the chicken smoke for atleast 4 hours or until the skin is dark tan and the meat is pink and the juices run clear.
