Beer Battered Shrimp ingredients
- 1 lb Peeled shrimp
- 1 c flour
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1 T Crushed garlic
- 1 t Black pepper
- 1 t Paprika
- 3⁄4 cn Beer
Cooking Beer Battered Shrimp
1. Peeli and de-vein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
2. Combine Flouri, garlic, pepper, paprika, and beer in medium size mixing bowl.
3. Mixi to the consistancy of pancake batter.
4. Let sit for one hour prior to frying.
5. Pre heat deep fryer till oil is at its hottest temp.
6. Place 4-5 shrimp in the fryer at a time.
7. Shrimpi should start to float on top of the oil. This indicates that the shrimp are ready.
8. Remove from oil and drain extra oil with paper towels.
9. ENJOY!!!!!.
