Beer batter 3 ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 c Beer
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 T worchestershire sause
  • 1 T mustard
  • 2 c Potato chips, crushed

Cooking Beer batter 3

1. Good with vegetables (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, squash, etc).
2. Also good with shrimp, fish, crab and crawfish tails.
3. Pour beer in flour until thin mixture.
4. Add 1 beaten egg, worcestershire, and mustard.
5. Dip vegetable or fish in batter; then roll through crushed potato chips.
6. Drop into deep fryer at 300 degrees.
7. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until light brown.
