Beer Basted Hibachi Chicken w/ Fresh Herbs and Magic ingredients
- 1 Whole chicken -- 2 to 3lbs.
- 1 T garlic -- Freshly Minced
- 1 t Kosher salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t white pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 t Coriander
- 2 T basil -- chopped
- 2 T thyme -- chopped
- 2 T Marjoram -- Chopped
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper -- Coarse Ground
- 1 c Fresh Herbs
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 Bottle of Beer -- your brand
Cooking Beer Basted Hibachi Chicken w/ Fresh Herbs and Magic
1. Wash and dry the chicken.
2. Mixi together the next ten ingredients.
3. Rub the chicken thoroughly inside and out with the seasoning mix. Put the fresh herbs into the cavity.
4. Brush the bird with olive oil. Transfer to a oven proof dish.
5. Pour beer over chicken.
6. Cook for 1 1/2 hours on a charcoal grill covered.
7. Bastingi with the beer every 20 minutes.
