Beer and pretzels chicken-perdue ingredients
- -The Perdue chicken Cookbook
- 1 Perdue chicken, cut-up
- 1⁄3 c flour
- 1 t Paprika
- 2 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t Ginger
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 c Beer
- 1 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c Finely crushed pretzels
- 1⁄4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 c Crushed bacon bits
- 1 T Dried parsley flakes
Cooking Beer and pretzels chicken-perdue
1. Mixi flour, paprika, salt, ginger and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2. Add beer and egg, beat with a hand mixer to make smooth batter.
3. Mix crushed pretzels, parmesan cheese, bacon bits and parsley in plastic bag. Dip chicken pieces one at a time in batter, the place in bag with pretzels mix and shake to coat.
4. Place coated chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, skin side up. Bakei, covered, at 350°F for 30 minutes.
5. Remove cover.
6. Continue baking, uncovered, approximately 30 mnutes longer, or until done.
