Beer and cheese spread ingredients

  • 2 c Sharp cheddar cheese
  • -shredded
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • 1⁄2 t Dry mustard
  • 1 small Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 c Butter (to 2/3 cup)
  • Assorted crackers or rye
  • Bread crumbs

Cooking Beer and cheese spread

1. Have cheeses at room temperature.
2. Combine cheeses, worcestershire, mustard, and garlic.
3. Beat in enough beer to make of spreading consistency.
4. Serve at room tempearture with crackers or rye rounds.
