Beer - cheese bits ingredients

  • 2 c Bisquick baking mix
  • 1⁄2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 T Melted butter or margarine
  • 1⁄2 c Beer
  • Sesame/poppy seeds

Cooking Beer - cheese bits

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mixi baking mix, cheese and beer until soft dough forms; beat vigorously; 20 strokes.
3. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth board.
4. Kneadi 5 times.
5. Roll dough into rectangle, 16 x 10 inches.
6. Cut into 2-inch squares, cut squares diagonally into halves.
7. Spread with melted margarine/butter; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8. Separate and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
9. Bakei until brown, about 8 minutes.
