Beefburger stroganoff 2

Beefburger stroganoff 2 ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lb Lean ground beef
- 3 sli Bacon, diced
- 1 -Small Onion
- 2 T flour
- 1⁄4 t Paprika
- 1 t Salt
- 10 1⁄4 oz Cream of mushroom soup
- -condensed
- 2 T Dry red wine
- 1 c Dairy Sour Cream
- 7 Hamburger buns, toasted and
- -buttered
Cooking Beefburger stroganoff 2
1. Preparation time: 4:00 in large skillet or slow-cooking pot with browning unit, brown beef and bacon until red color dissappears.
2. Drain.
3. In slow-cooking pot, mix together drained beef, bacon, onion, flour, paprika and salt.
4. Stiri in undiluted sour and wine.
5. Cover pot and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
6. Stir in sour cream.
7. Spoon mixture over toasted buns.
8. For an easy-on-th-cook meal, serve with fresh vegetable relish and potato chips.
