Beef with wine and mushroom sauce ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 lb Beef chuck
- 1 Canned golden mushroom soup
- 1 c Red wine
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Beef with wine and mushroom sauce
1. Salti and pepper meat.
2. Pour soup and wine over beef.
3. Cover and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees.
4. Serve with noodles or rice.
