Beef stroganoff 9

Beef stroganoff 9 ingredients
- 2 lb Beef round steak, cubed
- 3 T ketchup
- 2 T flour
- 1 t Paprika
- Salt, pepper
- 3 T soy sauce
- 1 Onion, large/sliced
- 1 pt Sour cream
- 1 cn Mushrooms, drained
Cooking Beef stroganoff 9
1. Cook onion in butter until transparent.
2. Remove from pan. Browni meat in same pan. Return onions to pan. Stiri in 2 tablespoons flour.
3. Add mushhrooms, ketchup, paprika and sour cream.
4. Salti and pepper to taste.
5. Stir. Turn on low and cook until meat is tender.
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
7. If beef mixture seems too thick, add a little milk to preferred consistency.
