Beef Stock 2

Beef Stock 2 ingredients
- 3 beef soup bones
- 1 onion (up to 2) -- chopped
- 2 stalk Celery, chopped
- 2 T Dried parsley flakes
- 2 peppercorns
- 2 t Salt
Cooking Beef Stock 2
1. Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot.
2. Add enough water to cover.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 12 to 24 hours or on High for 4 to 6 hours.
4. If cooked on High, the stock will be lighter in color and less concentrated.
5. Straini and refrigerate.
6. Keeps well 4 to 5 days, or may be frozen.
7. Makes 8 cups strained stock.
