Beef paprika ingredients

  • 2 lb Beef for stew
  • 1⁄2 lb Onions
  • 1 T butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 c Beef broth
  • 1⁄2 t Marjoram
  • 1⁄2 t Carroway seed
  • Brown sugar
  • 2 t Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 T Cornstarch

Cooking Beef paprika

1. Cubei the beef.
2. Peeli and slice the onions and put them in a casserole dish with the butter.
3. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the beef, peeled and crushed garlic, broth, marjoram, caraway seeds, pinch of brown sugar, paprika and seasoning.
5. Put a small plate on top of the meat to keep it inder the juices and cover the casserole with a lid. Cook on high for 10 minutes, then simmer for 75 minutes.
6. Remove the cover and plate.
7. Mixi the cornstarch to a paste with a little cold water and stir into the stew.
8. Heat on high for 5 minutes until thickened.
