Beef Fajitas 4 ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 lb flank steak
  • For the Marinade:
  • 6 clv caramelized garlic
  • 1 t Oregano
  • 1 T Paprika
  • 1 T Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 t Cumin
  • 1 t Tabasco
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 T Red Wine Vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • For the Fajitas:
  • 3 red and green peppers, grilled
  • 2 c caramelized onions
  • 2 large Tomato wedges
  • fat free sour cream
  • Salsa
  • 6 flour tortillas,warmed

Cooking Beef Fajitas 4

1. Marinatei the flank steak overnight or for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Preheat the grill to high.
3. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
4. Lower the heat and continue to cook the meat until desired doneness.
5. Remove and allow the meat to sit for 5 minutes prior to slicing.
6. Preheat a heavy sauté or cast-iron pan. Slice the meat against the grain on an angle.
7. Place the peppers, onions, and tomatoes in the pan and stir.
8. Pour the meat juices into the pan, followed by the meat.
9. Heat for a minute.
