Beef Cube Marinade

Beef Cube Marinade ingredients
- 2 T Vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 t Ground ginger
- 1 clv Garlic, minced, or 1/8 t garlic powder
- 2 T Brown sugar
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- 3⁄4 c Egetable oil (I use canola)
- 2 lb Cubed beef for fondue (I used round steak)
Cooking Beef Cube Marinade
1. Combine all ingredients, pour over beef cubes.
2. Marinatei at least 4 hours in refrigerator, or overnight.
3. Drain cubes before fonduing.
