Beef Chop Suey ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef round steak;
  • 1 T Vegatable oil
  • 1 t Sesame oil
  • 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Celery stalk; thinly sliced diagonally
  • 2 med Size onions; sliced
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 c Bean Sprouts; rinsed

Cooking Beef Chop Suey

1. Trim any fat from steak and dice.
2. In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat oils and stir-fry meat over high heat 1 minute.
3. Stiri in soy sauce.
4. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
5. Add celery, onions and broth to the skillet.
6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
7. Add bean sprouts.
8. Cook 3 minutes more, then return meat and stir to heat.
9. Serve with Confitti Ricei and Sesame Spinachi Salad.
