  • 1 c Port wine
  • 1⁄2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 T Marjoram leaves
  • 1 t Pepper, coarsely ground
  • 10 med Sweet potatoes, about 5 lbs
  • 8 Kale leaves, rinsed and drai
