Cooking Beef brisket a la helen
1. Place the brisket and marinade in a resealable plastic bag and rotate the bag several times to throughly coat the meat.
2. Marinatei at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
4. Place the brisket and marinade ina roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
5. Bakei for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
