Beans with Coconut Milk ingredients
- 2 c Chick peas, soaked
- 1 1⁄2 c coconut milk
- 1 med Tomatoes, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1⁄2 t Turmeric
Cooking Beans with Coconut Milk
1. Cook peas ni enough water to cover until they are about half done.
2. Drain them, then add the coconut milk to the pot along with the tomato & spices.
3. Continue to boil until the peas are tender.
4. Serve hot with rice.
