Bean sprouts and cucumbers ingredients

  • 2 c Bean sprouts
  • 1 c Cucumbers
  • 1 T Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T Sesame oil
  • 1 T Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 T water
  • 1 T Toasted sesame oil
  • Ds Chili powder

Cooking Bean sprouts and cucumbers

1. Blanchi bean sprouts in boiling water 1 minute, drain and let cool.
2. Peeli cucumber, cut in half, seed and slice thinly.
3. Mixi with sprouts.
4. In a small bowl, mix vinegar, seasame oil, soy sauce and water.
5. Tossi with sprouts.
6. Granish with seasame seeds and a dash of chili powder.
