Bean and tuna salad
Bean and tuna salad ingredients
- 3 c water
- 2 cn Cannellini beans
- 1⁄3 c olive oil
- 3 t Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 t Salt
- Fresh pepper to taste
- 1 med Red onion
- 12 oz Tuna, drained
Cooking Bean and tuna salad
1. Directions: mix together oil, vivegar, salt and pepper.
2. Pour over beans and onion in a shallow bowl.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4. Transfer bean mixture to serving platter with slotted spoon.
5. Break tuna into chunks and arrange on bean mixture.
