Bbq ribs - Prize-winning ingredients
- DRY RUB
- 4 T Paprika
- 2 t Salt
- 2 t Onion powder
- 2 t Black pepper
- 2 t white pepper
- 1 t Cayenne
- bbq sauce
- 6 T Salt to taste
- 6 T Pepper
- 6 T Chili powder
- 4 c ketchup
- 4 cn Vinegar
- 4 cn water
- 1 large onions, diced
- 1⁄2 cn molasses
Cooking Bbq ribs - Prize-winning
1. Preparation sprinkle dry rub liberally over the ribs, allow to stand 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
2. Cook ribs, bone down for 2 hours at 230 degrees in an indirect heated cooker.
